- Configured by DSN, `https://clt_…@app.clt.chrom.ar`: the endpoint and
  the key in one string, from `config :collector, dsn: …` or the
  `COLLECTOR_DSN` environment variable. `:key` and `:endpoint` still
  work, and the key now defaults to `COLLECTOR_KEY`. An invalid DSN sends
  nothing and warns at boot.
- Oban jobs returning `{:cancel, _}` or `{:discard, _}` aren't reported,
  and `{:error, exception}` is reported as that exception.
- Exceptions Plug maps to a 4xx status (`Ecto.NoResultsError`, …) aren't
  reported, LiveView crashes included.
- `Collector.Plug` forgets the previous request's user, so keep-alive
  connections don't report the wrong one.

- Reports crashes from any process through a `:logger` handler:
  controllers, LiveViews, GenServers, Tasks.
- Reports Oban job failures when Oban is loaded.
- Breadcrumbs from log lines, plus Ecto queries for configured repos.
- `Collector.Plug` for request details, `Collector.set_user/1` for the
  user's id.
- `mix collector.package_source` so releases can show source lines.
